While the restaurant has not yet officially opened, I've
had the pleasure of eating off of the menu four times already. I cannot
wait until it officially opens. It will definitely be my favorite
breakfast spot! While they specialize in omelets, my favorite choices
are the Chef's Favorite Choices selections.
For breakfast, the Sweet
Potato Stuffed French Toast and Salmon Spinach Pot Pies are my
favorites.
For lunch,
try their signature hot dog called the BoBo
Dog™. This is one of the best hot dogs I've ever eaten.
It is where the Chicago Dog meets the Chili Dog. It is prepared using
an all beef hot dog served on a toasted bun with a special sauce,
tomatoes, green onions, peppers, cheese and a pickle.
